• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German and B2 level in English.
• Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Experience with other luxury brands and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
