  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in German and B2 level in English
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
