ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
WYMAGANIA:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in English.
- Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
