Our requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Greek.
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
  • Excited about the opportunity to contribute to Volkswagens continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
  • The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.

Desired:

  • Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships, particularly in the automotive sector.
