We are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Service Coordinator for a technical manufacturing company to manage the end-to-end process from order placement to final delivery. We value an open-minded approach combined with strong analytical skills, a readiness to work within ERP systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

What we expect

  • Higher education (preferred fields: logistics, management, business & administration, production engineering, or related disciplines).
  • Technical education might be advantage.
  • Experience of working in customer service/sales department at production company.
  • Experience in processing orders in ERP System.
  • Expericence in cooperation with B2B Clients.
  • Experience in Customer service pro-active approach.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data driven analytic mindset.
  • Good command of English enabling fluent business communication. B2 / C1 preffered.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs:
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).

Your tasks

  • Handle customer service, focusing on key customer segments
  • Manage front- and back-end customer support, including order confirmations and inquiries in ERP system.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate service
  • Perform sales support tasks, assisting with order handling, delivery and putting data into the system.
  • Coordinate shipments to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to customer service and sales operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments and locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Controlling of proper margin level on order receiving from customers.
  • Cooperate with other members of the Operations team and other organizational units.
