Overview

The Customer Service Specialist works with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone, e‑mail, or instant chat for global leaders in fields such as social media, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, recruitment, entertainment, digital, IT, and transport.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and applicant inquiries via phone, e‑mail, or chat.

• Resolve requests accurately and promptly.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client processes and policies.

• Work in Katowice, Poland, with available shifts of 7:00‑15:00, 9:00‑17:00, or 13:00‑21:00.

Qualifications

  • Great communicator who speaks English fluently and actively listens to and understands customers.
  • Team player with a genuine passion for delivering amazing customer service.
  • Fast‑paced learner who enjoys variety and can embrace change.
  • Able to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Self‑starter who wants to be challenged to become a high achiever.
  • Talented at making customers feel special on the phone through tone and listening skills.
  • Showing commitment to our customers, our business, and our ongoing success.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service (preferable).
