The Customer Service Specialist works with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone, e‑mail, or instant chat for global leaders in fields such as social media, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, recruitment, entertainment, digital, IT, and transport.
• Respond to client and applicant inquiries via phone, e‑mail, or chat.
• Resolve requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client processes and policies.
• Work in Katowice, Poland, with available shifts of 7:00‑15:00, 9:00‑17:00, or 13:00‑21:00.
