PPG Coatings Poland provides comprehensive and modern solutions for many industrial sectors (including marine, energy, and petrochemical), offering a wide range of anti‑corrosion products as well as coatings resistant to high temperatures and fire. The Gdynia branch hosts teams responsible for customer service, sales support, and technical support.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist with English to join our team. In this role, you will provide dedicated customer service for one key client, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management.

You will be at the heart of our operations, supporting a strategic partnership and making sure all processes run seamlessly. If you enjoy working collaboratively, solving problems, and making a real impact, this opportunity is for you.

Work model: Hybrid (3 days from the office)

Location: Łużycka 8a, Gdynia

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for our key customer via email and phone, providing timely and professional support.
  • Entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitoring the status of orders and proactively following up with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders including sales representatives, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing departments.
  • Handling invoice‑related tasks such as processing, corrections, issuing credit/debit notes, and managing non‑technical complaints.
  • Coordinating delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers to ensure on‑time shipments.
  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with supply and production teams to maintain product availability.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset.

Our Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or order management role.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
