Purpose

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our growing customer operations across crucial European markets. You will manage key data entry tasks, including order entries, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits, all while working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, eager to learn new systems, and excited to support operations in multiple countries. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders, returns, credit notes, and invoices accurately in the ERP system
  • Monitor order fulfillment, proactively communicate delays, and support consignment stock reconciliation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP and handle basic admin tasks related to the order‑to‑cash cycle
  • Identify areas for process improvement and escalate any workload or priority concerns to the manager

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is required, with additional knowledge of French being a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel)
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (particularly in order‑to‑cash)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive tone, manage multiple priorities, and stay composed under pressure
  • Excellent time‑management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
