About the role

The Customer Service Specialist‘s overall objective is to develop and implement the supply strategy per customer in alignment with Vestacy strategic goals and to manage the customer relationship on a daily basis. Customer service specialists provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They are sociable individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customers requests. The field of customer service is expected to experience growth in the next decade.

Your responsibilities

  • Order entry, coordinate order notifications, invoice and credit notes issues
  • Ensuring that all the orders are completed and delivered on time to customers
  • Close cooperation with customers, sales, logistics, finance and other external partners on a daily basis
  • Other tasks assigned by manager
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

The experience were looking for

  • First experiences in customer services department, preferably in FMCG
  • Knowledge of SAP SD would be an advantage
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build and understand business relationship through departments
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently under pressure
  • Analytical skills
