• Act as a contact point between clients, suppliers and the technologist.
• Be responsible for maintaining customer data in the system. Receive and process orders, and manage customers orders.
• Handle general customer inquiries via phone and e-mail regarding the company, products, pricing, and delivery fulfilment.
• Process credit/debit notes, invoices, returns and replacements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and warehouses, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses.
• Perform analysis and reporting.
• Very good written and spoken Polish and English skills (B2 level or higher).
• Previous experience in Customer Service/other customer facing roles - in sales or administrative departments.
• Good computing skills, including experience with CRM/ERP systems.
