As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve‑out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Customer Service Specialist (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on commercial, logistical, and technical matters in collaboration with expert teams
  • Process and verify orders and delivery plans through EDI, Xchange, or SAP
  • Monitor product availability, manage backorders, and ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Validate customer-specific requirements (e.g., labeling, packaging, delivery methods) before order confirmation
  • Maintain and update price lists and customer records
  • Manage and resolve disputes related to quality, delivery, or billing in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Support consignment inventory and export documentation when required
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Several years of B2B Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
