Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The main goal is to provide top‑quality support and foster positive relationships with our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5–2 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in B2B or logistics/ courier/e‑commerce sector.
- Proficient computer skills and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and self‑sufficiency.
- Strong communication and high personal culture.
Responsibilities
- Telephone and email support for B2B customers, providing information about platform services.
- Active technical support for using BL Paczka user panel, including shipment creation, waybill generation, integration, etc.
- Providing quotes and terms for available carriers.
- Monitoring and informing customers about shipment status and interventions.
- Accepting and recording customer complaints, managing the full claims process.
- Cooperating with other departments and carriers to obtain necessary information, documentation and resolve tickets.
