Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The main goal is to provide top‑quality support and foster positive relationships with our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5–2 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in B2B or logistics/ courier/e‑commerce sector.
  • Proficient computer skills and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and self‑sufficiency.
  • Strong communication and high personal culture.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and email support for B2B customers, providing information about platform services.
  • Active technical support for using BL Paczka user panel, including shipment creation, waybill generation, integration, etc.
  • Providing quotes and terms for available carriers.
  • Monitoring and informing customers about shipment status and interventions.
  • Accepting and recording customer complaints, managing the full claims process.
  • Cooperating with other departments and carriers to obtain necessary information, documentation and resolve tickets.
