PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Manage customers orders for CEE, invoices and claims, in compliance with the terms and conditions of sales, as well as take care of after-sales activities, in order to ensure optimal logistics to the customers for the products of SBM Life Science on assigned perimeter. Providing the administrative support for Warsaw office activities and the Head of North Cluster, based in Warsaw.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer Service
Interact promptly with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Customer Order Management - enter customer’s orders in ERP-system (SAGE) and issue invoices, by:
