PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Manage customers orders for CEE, invoices and claims, in compliance with the terms and conditions of sales, as well as take care of after-sales activities, in order to ensure optimal logistics to the customers for the products of SBM Life Science on assigned perimeter. Providing the administrative support for Warsaw office activities and the Head of North Cluster, based in Warsaw.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Service

Interact promptly with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Customer Order Management - enter customer’s orders in ERP-system (SAGE) and issue invoices, by:

  1. Reviewing orders for accuracy and completion
  2. Organizing workflow to meet customer times frames
  3. Perform on time invoicing of customer orders

Customer claims - handle and resolve, by:

  1. Providing prompt and accurate response to claims inquiries.
  2. Investigating invoice errors, incorrect or damaged goods sometimes with input from 3PL
  3. Registering claims in SAGE database
  4. Issuing credit notes

Customer Data and Sales Support - manage customer information and support sales organization in administrative customer communications, by:

  1. Setting up new customers accounts
  2. Performing customer verifications
  3. Updating and maintaining customer accounts and price lists
  4. Communicating product related information and updating external databases

Office Administration

  1. Manage all services related to the office space and vendors
  2. Participating in, and leading event organization and other ad hoc tasks
  3. Being the right hand for Head of North Cluster, based in Poland

PERSONAL PROFILE

  1. Very good communication skills in Polish and English, written and verbal
  2. Ability to communicate efficiently via phone
  3. Customer oriented and proactive approach (external & internal)
  4. Can do attitude
  5. Details, process and structure oriented approach
  6. Team player with sense of humor :)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong command of excel
  2. Power BI / ERP system - will be an asset
  3. Bachelor degree
  4. Experience at working with internal / external customers
