About this opportunity

Welcome to the Documentary Credit Services PL Team. We add value by delivering best possible quality to our customers. We are a part of the Trade Finance Department responsible for the Letter of Credit products and we have recently expanded our process by handling payments. As Customer Service Specialist and Advisor you’ll play a valuable role in learning the document checking process, effecting payments, creating improvements, new solutions and collaborating with our Nordic stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Taking part in comprehensive Letter of Credit training
  2. Checking Letter of Credit documents according to international rules
  3. Checking compliance (sanctions screening, AML)
  4. Learning the Letter of Credit payments process
  5. Enhancing the process and quality to improve process performance
  6. Working with multiple stakeholders in the Nordics

Your experience and background:

  1. Fluency in spoken and written English (at least B2 level)
  2. Ability to provide Lean solutions and take an active part in Continuous Improvement
  3. Experience in Trade Finance area or banking would be an asset
