For one of our Clients we are looking for a dedicated and multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Fluency in English and additional language (German, French, Spanish, Italian are preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
