For our client, a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join the international team in Krakow.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of customer service team assuring high-quality service & interactions with customers
- Managing daily operational tasks such as order entry, order tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
- Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products, processes, and internal guidelines to support smooth operations.
- Identifying recurring issues or process gaps and proposing ideas that support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Keeping customer data and documentation accurate and compliant with internal standards
- Escalating complex cases to senior team members when needed and contributing to finding effective solutions
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus with entrepreneurial drive
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and German (B2)
