Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service regarding orders, delivery times and product availability. The role provides comprehensive customer service, maintaining ongoing contact with customers and internal departments, monitoring customer orders and requests, and handling all relevant system operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding order‑related inquiries and issues
  • Provide accurate information on order realization and delivery status
  • Collaborate with customers to improve service
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to secure a high level of customer service
  • Maintain high standards of customer communication
  • Reconcile shipments with customers and agencies according to the service model
  • Administration and system tasks
  • Manage the process of order acceptance in the system
  • Monitor and trigger delivery instructions
  • Capture and input customers’ restrictions for reception
  • Verify the data flow and identify any inconsistencies between the systems
  • Monitor and analyze inventory level

  • Cooperate with internal cluster customer service and logistic department
  • Participate in Customer Service improvement projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or freight forwarding operations.
