We are looking for Customer Service Specialist for Packaging Materials BU Recycled Containerboard Customer Service fluent in English. You will be an important first contact point for international customers, whom we deliver order fulfilment and knowledge services. You will uphold strong relationships with the customers and manage orders from inquiry to delivery, to meet customers’ expectations. Your work is supported by modern technology, Salesforce as a platform for managing customer contacts and communication.

About the position

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves effectively communicating with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering timely and accurate information or solutions to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, mill production planning, and supply chain coordination teams about order-related matters.
  • Receiving, processing, and confirming orders.
  • Planning customer deliveries and follow-up of stocks, proactively offering available stock materials to customers.
  • Monitoring customer sales plan, quota, order book, and acting when needed.
  • Pipeline order management.
  • Reporting on demand for customer-related information.
  • Being first-line support for sustainability-related topics.
  • Participating in the development work related to own responsibility area.
  • Support in knowledge sharing among the different customer service teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in Supply Chain area.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Service and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Full working proficiency in English; any other language is an asset (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, or German).

You will be part of an international team of BU Recycled Containerboard Customer Service, and you will report to the Customer Service Manager. You will specialize in a dedicated customer base connected to a specific market or business.
