Customer Service Specialist



Your responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other channels in English.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and with a positive attitude.
  • Manage orders and logistics documentation accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to solve shipping issues.
  • Track order status and update customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments for timely product delivery.
  • Assist in document preparation and customer mailings.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Logistics experience in an international environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP.
