• 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in eCommerce field
• problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• strong communication & soft skills
• experience with order management systems eg. Shopify
• experience with helpdesk systems eg. Zendesk, Gorgias, Helpscout
