Your tasks

• contact with customers and the sales team in the scope of fulfilling customer orders
• customer service via telephone, e-mail and chat
• informing departments responsible for product quality about customer requirements
• administration and coordination of customer orders and specifications in accordance with established customer service standards,
• updating data in available IT systems
