Job Description:
Join a fast-growing online entertainment company as part of their dynamic Sales team in Poland.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 12:00 to 21:00 and 10:00 to 19:00, working 2 Saturdays per month
Location: Warsaw, Poland, On-site
Work permit: Candidates need to be EU citizens
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via outbound calls to enhance activity, retention, and reactivation.
- Assist new and existing customers with product use, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Promote the company’s offerings, campaigns, and products.
- Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments like Payments, VIP, and Support.
Requirements:
- Speaker of one of the following languages: CROATIAN, CZECH, SLOVAK, NORWEGIAN, FLEMISH, PORTUGUESE, GREEK, ITALIAN, GERMAN.
- Native or bilingual required language + English.
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in support or sales via phone, email, and chat ideally in gaming or similar.
- Confidence in promoting products and building relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with online casino or sports betting is an advantage.
