Customer Service Representative with Slovenian

• Provide exceptional support to Amway Business Owners (ABOs), helping them grow and succeed in their Amway ventures
• Manage questions and requests from ABOs, customers, and prospects across various communication channels, both spoken and written
• Track, document, and address inquiries about products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, and policies using our knowledge base
• Assist users with online platforms by identifying, logging, and troubleshooting issues in close cooperation with the Technology team
• Guide ABOs in leveraging our Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan) to make the most of available digital tools
• Collaborate on projects across different departments beyond your daily tasks
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate teams for further support
• Safeguard personal data and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations
• Suggest creative ideas and improvements to boost customer satisfaction and drive ongoing enhancements
• Help colleagues develop their skills and grow professionally
• Take part in Quality Assurance and training initiatives to uphold service excellence
• Consistently achieve or surpass quality performance targets
