ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Handling incoming calls to support customer with their queries,
• Managing flight reservations (new bookings, changes),
• Providing information on fares, rules and booking policies,
• Processing refunds and ticketing in the system,
• Supporting e-commerce activities.

• Fluency in English and Italian (min. B2/C1),
• Professional experience in customer-facing role,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
• Customer-oriented approach,
• Availability to work on-site from the office in Wrocław.
