Customer Service Representative with HUN
Your responsibilities
- Being a team member in Customer Service Department with a lead of Sales Operations Service Manager CEE (PL/CZ/SK/HUN)
- Order management (receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensures customer needs are met)
- Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
- Supporting the Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives for Central Europe
- Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
- Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues.
Our requirements
- We are looking for a colleague with experience in customer service who would like to develop in this area. Please note, fluent Hungarian is must-have for this role! Additional requirements:
- English – communication level; Polish would be huge plus
- Computer skills
- Social skills
- Knowledge Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- Working in SAP and Documents
