What we expect

  • very good knowledge of German or Turkish (min. B2/C1)
  • communicative knowledge of English(min. B2)
  • availability for hybrid work in the Warsaw office (2-3 days work from the office)

  • proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
  • willingness to cooperate with customers and build long-term relationships
  • communication skills and openness in contacts

Your tasks

  • contact with B2B customers from the automotive industry in German or Turkish via phone and email (this is not a call center)
  • cultivating long-term customer relationships to ensure compliance with service commitments and customer experience
  • monitoring operations: from forecasting to invoicing, managing customer requests, taking initiative for continuous progress and strengthening customer relationships
  • handling customer complaints
