We are looking for a customer service specialist for our new team in Dąbrowa Górnicza - supply chain experience isnt mandatory, we are more focused on your customer-oriented approach and language skills.
This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth offer management, follow-up, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Your responsibilities:
- Checking customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity, planning and logistics (pre-sales)
- Checking technical offer with production
- Processing offers in Offer Tool
- Booking manual orders in ERP system (entering standards orders for the customers - for production)
- Checking and releasing of EDI orders
- Booking trial orders in ERP system
- Responding to customer inquiries about order status, planned rolling etc.
- Entering customers claim into CRM system/Local system/Tracker, Answer to claims related questions
- Negotiations with customers concerning claims
Our requirements:
- Proficiency in English and minimum level B2 French
- Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
- (nice to have) familiarity with MC Office Tools, SAP, CRM tools, and offer management platforms
- Openness for hybrid model of work – 4 days during the week from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza
