We are currently recruiting for one of our clients in the industrial sector for the position of Customer Service Representative with strong French language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor transport flows and proactively prevents potential issues.
- Handle phone and email communication with French‑speaking clients.
- Track critical situations such as delays, stoppages, or transport incidents.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve disputes related to transportation operations.
- Manage and analyze logistics cost overruns across all transport modes and service types.
- Ensure proper handling and validation of non‑standard road transport methods.
- Investigate and resolve anomalies in transport billing (e.g., quantity discrepancies, pricing issues, missing POs).
Requirements:
- Very good command of French (minimum B2).
- Ability to describe events clearly and logically from start to finish.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proactive mindset, quick reaction skills, and the ability to anticipate risks.
Work Model:
- Onboarding: 4 days in the office / 1 day home office.
- After onboarding: hybrid model 3/2 or 2/3.
- One‑time business trip to France for initial training.
