We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative with fluent French to join our supply chain operations team. This is not a reactive call‑center position — it is a dynamic, forward‑looking role focused on monitoring transport flows, anticipating risks, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct “flight control” of supply chain processes — proactively identify potential issues and prevent disruptions.
Maintain daily communication with production, supply chain teams, and customers.
Handle client interactions via phone and e‑mail (in French).
Monitor and escalate incidents such as delays, downtimes, or emergencies (e.g., transport derailments).
Warn customers in advance when bottlenecks or delays are expected.
Requirements:
Fluent French — interviews are fully conducted in French.
Strong ability to describe events clearly, logically, and in structured order (“from A to Z”).
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service (not necessarily in supply chain).
Proactivity, fast reaction time, and risk anticipation skills

Salary: up to 10,500 PLN gross
