For our Client, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (Front Office) with French to join a dynamic team. What we expect
- min. 1 yearof experiencein B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)
- fluent in English at B2/C1 level
- proficiency at C1 level in one or more of:French
- customer focusand proven ability to build long-term relationships

- experience withSAPorSalesforce systems (highly welcome)

Your tasks
- B2B customer support- acting as thefirst point of contactfor our business customers, providing professional telephone communication
- order management- registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries
- issue resolution- efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries
- business consultation- supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice
- internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues
