For our Client, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (Front Office) with French to join a dynamic team. What we expect

  • min. 1 yearof experiencein B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)
  • fluent in English at B2/C1 level
  • proficiency at C1 level in one or more of:French
  • customer focusand proven ability to build long-term relationships
  • excellentcommunication skillsandproblem-solving mindset
  • experience withSAPorSalesforce systems (highly welcome)

Your tasks

  • B2B customer support- acting as thefirst point of contactfor our business customers, providing professional telephone communication
  • order management- registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries
  • issue resolution- efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries
  • business consultation- supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice
  • internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues
