Responsibilities:

• Administrate after sales processes
• Issuing service quotations
• Processing service orders
• Contract quotations
• Scheduling appointments
• Service contract management

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of English and French language
• Experience in Customer Service
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Excel
• Analytical skills
