Hey there! We are Randstad, and were partnering with one of our key clients - a global leader in their industry - to build out their advanced Customer Operations Hub right here in Poznań.

We are currently seeking driven individuals who possess initial experience in customer service and are eager to join our international team!

What we expect

• min. 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)

• fluent in English at B2/C1 level

• proficiency at C1 level in one or more of: Portuguese / Spanish / Hungarian / Czech / Polish / Russian

• customer focus and proven ability to build long-term relationships

• excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset

• experience with SAP or Salesforce systems (highly welcome)

Your tasks

• B2B customer support - acting as the first point of contact for our business customers, providing professional telephone communication

• order management - registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries

• issue resolution - efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries

• business consultation - supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice

• internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues
