We are currently recruiting for one of our clients in the industrial sector for the position of Customer Service Representative with strong Dutch language skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor transport flows and proactively prevent potential issues.
  • Handle phone and email communication with Dutch‑speaking clients.
  • Track critical situations such as delays, stoppages, or transport incidents.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve disputes related to transportation operations.
  • Manage and analyze logistics cost overruns across all transport modes and service types.
  • Ensure proper handling and validation of non‑standard road transport methods.
  • Investigate and resolve anomalies in transport billing (e.g., quantity discrepancies, pricing issues, missing POs)
Requirements:
  • Very good command of Dutch (minimum B2)
  • Ability to describe events clearly and logically from start to finish
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proactive mindset, quick reaction skills, and the ability to anticipate risks
Work Model:
  • Onboarding: 4 days in the office / 1 day home office
  • After onboarding: hybrid model 3/2 or 2/3
  • One‑time business trip to Belgium for initial training
