Your tasks

• ensure delivery of exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders
• serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to Enterprise Agreement provisioning, pricing, products, and more
• collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• build and maintain strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to foster customer loyalty
