Your tasks
- Customer Service support in the customer care process
- Communication with internal stakeholders
- Support Customer Operations in the implementation of S4
- Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
- May involve coordinating various process-related activities, including answering general business and process-related questions or issues
- Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives
- Work in a team responsible for customers in the Nordic region
