Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, both internal and external. You will interact with multiple departments to process, solve, or prevent customer inquiries and identify process improvements. Accurate and timely logging of all requests into systems like SAP ERP and the complaints registration system is crucial.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of incoming customer requests, including purchase orders (POs), inquiries about order statuses, and the registration and follow-up of credits and service complaints
• Collaborate with various internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate within the CS team to implement changes that enhance customer service processes
• Accurately and promptly log all customer requests into applicable systems such as SAP ERP and the complaints registration system
Qualifications and skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Life Sciences
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• Familiar with SAP ERP or similar systems, enabling efficient management of operational processes
• Good customer orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others
