Customer Service Representative



Your responsibilities

  • Being a team member in Customer Service Department with a lead of Customer Service Manager CEE (PL/CZ/SK/HUN)
  • Order management (receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensures customer needs are met)
  • Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives for Central Europe
  • Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
  • Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues.

Our requirements

  • We are looking for a colleague with experience in customer service who would like to develop in this area. Please note, fluent Czech is must-have for this role.
  • Polish, English – intermediate level.
  • Computer skills.
  • Social skills.
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
  • Working in SAP and Documents.

This position is based in Warsaw and reports to our Customer Service Manager CEE. The role is full time, permanent (employment contract) with possibility to work from home (hybrid model).
