Being a Customer Service Representative means becoming the single point of contact for your assigned set of customers, relating to any commercial, technical or operational issues they may encounter
Setting up & tracking orders, do billing & monitoring of price accuracy
Handling customer inquiries – dealing with offers, issuing samples and managing complaints (CRM)
Data Management – update master data, systems & shipment files
Being the key contact with transportation companies, organization of shipments, contact with custom agencies in the case of exports or imports
Cooperating with Supply Chain in the field of imports and exports within the Sibelco group, transported by sea, rail and land
Monitoring stock levels to ensure continuity of deliveries to customers
Our requirements
Be able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Have knowledge of SAP
Have working experience in Salesforce CRM
Have good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Be a team player and self-motivated
Have good time management and attention to detail
Have Excellent communication and customer service skills
