Salary: PLN 49/hour gross (PLN 7,500–8,500 gross per month)
Bonus: up to PLN 8,500
We are looking for new team members to join a growing project on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

- communicate daily (by phone and email) with customers from the German market,
- support customers with travel- and reservation-related matters,
- make sure every customer ends the conversation with a smile,
- cooperate with a friendly, supportive team that truly enjoys what they do,

We are not looking for perfection — we are looking for great people to work with.
This role is for you if you:
- speak German fluently (C1 level),
- have a good command of English (B2),
- are comfortable working with a computer and MS Office,
- show empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude,
