Customer Service Professional with French

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Your daily tasks:

  1. Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
  2. Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
  3. Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
  4. Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
  5. Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  1. Language: Proficiency in French (native) and English (C1);
  2. Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
  3. Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
  4. Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
