Customer Service Professional with French and English

An international company providing business process outsourcing, digital marketing, training and talent management, technology and innovation, consulting and analytics solutions is happy to welcome new members to the team for the position of Customer Service Professional.

Place of work: Gdansk or Warsaw

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:

1. You are fluent in French and English – expected level C1;
2. You are an understanding person and get along well with others;
3. You want to develop in an international environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

1. Your future tasks: contacting customers by phone or e-mail, providing technical support;
2. The first month of work = onboarding - you train and develop your skills during fixed working hours, stationary from one of the offices in Warsaw or Gdańsk - you choose;
3. Full-time work – 5 days a week, but you can choose any working days from Monday to Sunday.

1. Salary: PLN 5500-6000 gross;
2. Employment contract;
3. Remote work (except first 4 weeks = onboarding);
