Location: Fully remote across Poland
Your daily tasks:- Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?- Language: Proficiency in French (native) and English (C1);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
