Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone);
- Meeting targets set by the client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Whats the profile were looking for?- Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1-C2) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:- We offer freelance contract for students below 26 and employment contract for other employees;
- Working from the comfort of your own home - Poland based role;
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday.
