Customer Service Manager
Your tasks: We make the difference together
- As Customer Service Manager you supervise daily operations of the Customer Service department, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure Service Level Agreements and efficiency targets are met.
- You are shaping the strategic goals, aligning Customer Service operations with business objectives and driving our digitalization initiatives.
- You are developing policies, processes, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- You are interacting with customers to manage requests and complaints promptly, maintaining strong relationships to foster business partnership.
- You are monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, compiling reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
- You are coordinating with other departments, such as sales and transportation, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- You lead the team in resolving critical issues or escalations, ensuring minimal impact on customer relations.
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
- You have professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area.
- You have experience in people management and leadership in larger teams.
- You have good knowledge of English speaking and writing.
- You are conceptually strong and have a can-do mentality.
- You have an independent, structured way of working and strong numerical reasoning skills.
- You know how to visualize concepts and ideas.
