What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders in line with business policies and SLAs
- Coordinating logistics, invoicing, and import deliveries across multiple regions
- Managing supplier orders, veterinary inspections, and stock levels
- Liaising with customers to ensure all required information is captured for timely dispatch
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback through our service system
- Communicating effectively with internal teams across Operations, Distribution, and Customer Services
- Supporting export coordination activities as required
About You
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or a transactional process role
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work confidently with ERP systems or similar order management tools
- Clear and professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
- Logistics and invoicing coordination – managing import deliveries, supplier orders, veterinary inspections, and stock levels, while ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with regulatory requirements
- Customer service and communication – maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international clients, handling complaints, and ensuring high service quality
