Job Responsibilities:

• First contact for all incoming customer calls and emails
• Identify the causes of problems and prevent their re-occurrence
• Propose professional, rapid, and competent solutions to customers queries or forward them to other CHEP departments
• Prepare and generate reports of current activity
• Provide administrative support to Field staff (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system, and preparing documents for customers)
• Review performance of customers versus KPIs for account control
• Participate in/lead current department (cross-departmental) projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager
• Develop cooperation with other departments/external companies to support business growth and acquire new customers
• Train new employees

Your Profile:

• BA Degree required
• Fluent Polish & B1 English is a must
• 0.5 - 1 year sales & customer service experience in a service company where analysis and attention to detail were key success factors
• Experience in business data analysis and account reconciliation
• Experience working in a Customer Service Team environment focused on investigating and analyzing data to resolve issues
• Direct customer liaising experience
