Overview

Do you speak English and maybe Swedish in addition to another language such as Spanish, Danish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese or Greek? We are looking for multilingual customer service employees for 40 hours a week for the Customer Service team at our head office in Barcelona.

What are you going to do?

As a customer service employee you are the first contact for our customers and you speak to them by email, telephone or chat. You are also available for European customers to support our foreign customer service teams. You therefore not only speak and write fluently in English but you also master another language in word and writing, such as Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Greek. You know how to answer the most diverse customer questions and translate the problem into a correct solution for the customer. You will work from our head office in Barcelona and will be trained by a colleague before working independently.

You take initiative, provide proactive advice and help atmosphere makers in Europe to create the right atmosphere in their homes. This is supported by your thorough technical knowledge about our lighting products, which you gradually acquire and expand. You will also be accurate when registering customer data and agreements regarding orders, shipments and returns or warranty shipments in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Master different languages in word and writing.
• Maintain a good level of English.
• Be communicative and able to chat smoothly with customers.
• Have prior experience as a customer service employee.
• Work well with systems (preferably Salesforce) and multitask effectively.
• Be stress-resistant and maintain composure under pressure.
• Be available during our working hours Monday to Friday from 08:00–17:00 (including one hour lunch break).
• Be patient, a good listener and have commercial insight.

We are an international organization with over 160 colleagues, operating in 36 European countries with 39 webshops and seven stores. Our HQ and warehouse are located at Kempisch Bedrijvenpark in Hapert. Lampenlicht, part of QLF Brands, represents the brands QAZQA, Lampenlicht and FittinQ. QAZQA designs and produces lighting articles for B2B customers through our own webshop; Lampenlicht serves retail with a wide stock; FittinQ handles fulfillment and customer services.
