Customer Service Coordinator - Italian & English - Campingaz



Your responsibilities

  • Process sales orders placed by customers, sales agents, internal orders,
  • Raise requests for creating customers' accounts and changes,
  • Provide professional advice on offered product range,
  • Remind customers about promotions, market activities,
  • Cooperate with Sales team, Supply Chain and Distribution centers in Italy,
  • Manage customer portals,
  • Maintain tables & output settings in SAP,
  • Direct contact with the customer via email and phone.

Our requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1) (spoken & written) and communicative English,
  • Attention to details,
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills,
  • Teamwork spirit,
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Polish language,
  • Fast learning skills,
  • Commercial skills,
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Sales Force.

Your Role in a Nutshell

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.

Our portfolio of products is very diverse - from stationery to small household appliances. You might have heard of some of our brands like Parker, Waterman, Contigo, NUK, or Crockpot.
