The wide and personalized training programs will support you during your development, so it is not only our customers benefit, but your own career as well.” - Niki Hajnal, Team Leader, Customer Service**What you will do*** Manage customer relationship as defined by sales management and supported by UPM Adhesive Materials internal systems to ensure smooth customer service* Manage orders – progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties, responsive action in process disturbance situations* Maintain customer data - including Customer Master File and Price Lists* Handle enquiries related to pricing, products and supply chain* Provide technical advice - including product recommendations, organizing samples, trials, technical documents and brochures and having a basic understanding of printing methods* Support sales – including information retrieval and analysis, pricing support* Promote E-Business and offering consistent support to customers through UPM tools and strategies* Perform activities including product promotion, price offer follow-ups, etc.**Who you are*** You have bachelor’s degree* Your approach includes actively suggesting products and services tailored to each customers individual requirements* You are interested in developing product and technical knowledge* You have systems and processes knowledge* You have commercial awareness* You have an interest in e-Business developments and the commercial impact of this on businesses* You have high level spoken and written communication skills* You are fluent in **German** and **English****This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job**: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
