Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK & IR, Germany, Poland & Baltic Countries, Benelux and Czech Republic. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work. The Service department is responsible for servicing wind turbines, maintaining long-term service contracts, and capturing aftersales opportunities available in the region. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (on a temporary basis) to join the Customer Service Management (CSM) team in Poland. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers
  • Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team
  • Provide first level support to customers and create service orders and internal tickets to the service organization
  • Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues and ensure all customer communication is registered in CRM, SAP or other internal systems
  • Communicate efficiently inside the organization to deliver on the promise to the customers
  • Revise and calculate all contractual obligations related to the actual performance of the wind farms
  • Prepare various Excel-based reports on demand and support tender processes with admin work

Qualifications

  • An academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or similar
  • Experience from a customer-facing position combined with good communication skills
  • Prior experience from a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Very good language skills in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of an additional language will be counted as an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with CRM or SAP systems will be considered an advantage

Additional information

The position is temporary (maternity cover) approximately till the end of Q1 2027. Work location: Vestas office in Szczecin.
